New beginnings for Buildmedia with The Boundary acquisition
Victoria & Albert is a mixed-use project comprising of two residential towers in the heart of Broadbeach.
Iris Capital & Colliers came to Buildmedia wanting an interactive solution to drive a 4m wide LED video wall display suite solution to market & sell the development.
An interactive exterior model plus 3x apartment interiors were visualised with Realspace & as part of the full package around 90x high-resolution interior CGI renders were produced, 3x 60sec animations, 3x online mobile-friendly interactive tours.
In total around 100x Realspace CGIs, floor plans, view photography & Hero CGIs of exterior & amenities from Ivolve Studios were incorporated into the interactive experience.
DevelopmentID stock management was also instantly accessible within a link within the interactive interface.
